How to get here and explore Grand County safely
There are a few ways to get here and to get around once you’ve arrived. Most travelers to Grand County drive over Berthoud Pass, a high mountain pass West of Denver on US-40 between I-70 and Winter Park. The pass, like many in Colorado, occasionally closes due to weather and avalanche mitigation in Winter. The weather conditions in the Rocky Mountains change very quickly and unpredictably. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with road and weather conditions before embarking on your trip to Tabernash.
